As we were to discover, my wife had broken a bone in her foot . We were dealt with speedily, courteously and efficiently. After an x-ray on site she left the hospital in a temporary cast and documents completed for further attention at a fracture clinic. Thanks to all.
I kind of agree. I'm unclear about what it's capabilities are. If you're ill you need to be somewhere else. Staff very nice, but old people (my mother) left too long sitting in chair not getting the physio they need. Staff turnover seemed to be high too. Didn't seem that motivated to get people up and moving. They told me my mother was gaining weight, when in fact she was retaining water in her legs and feet. The medication caused this. As soon as she left hospital and stopped some of the meds she was on, the water retention in legs started to decline - it wasn't to do with being more active.

I love this practice- yes you sometimes have to wait to see someone at the drop in clinic as you can't always get a gp appointment on the same day, but that's no hardship. The staff have been amazing every time, and the facilities are fantastic. Apparently they've just introduced a new appt system which sounds like it'll work better in future. I hate getting sick but every time I have had to see someone here i and my family have all had appropriate treatment from very accommodating staff. What's not to like?
It's rare these days to be able to just walk in and see someone. There may be a long wait but you'll see the right person who may be a nurse first before doctor. There's WiFi while you wait and comfortable enough.

Treatment good but getting appointment is every 12 months
